Your files and your responsibility
You retain responsibility for the Timeline export, text, and video you use or create. Only process data you are authorized to access. Do not use the tool to expose another person’s home, routine, precise location, or private travel without permission.
You must hold the rights required for any publication of the finished video. Built-in assets remain subject to the licenses identified on Attribution.
Service scope and browser limitations
The tool is provided as browser software. Export speed, maximum file size, H.264 support, memory availability, background-tab behavior, sharing, and downloads depend on the browser, operating system, and device. Preview availability does not guarantee that a particular device can encode every requested MP4.
The tool does not provide Google account access, backup restoration, complete location-history recovery, or a guarantee that every export format will remain compatible after a platform update.
Third-party services and marks
Map tiles, map data, open-source libraries, fonts, and media can be governed by third-party terms. Map requests leave the device and may disclose an IP address and requested region to the provider. Review Privacy before loading a sensitive route.

Acceptable use, warranty, and changes
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe infrastructure, overload map or hosting services, or bypass technical restrictions. The tool is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Always preserve the original export and verify an output before relying on it.
